Requirements & Skills:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Real Estate Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing real estate businesses or projects.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically about business challenges and opportunities within the real estate market.
- Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction with a focus on delivering value-added services.

COMPANY LAWYER
Requirements & Skills:
- Legal Expertise: Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
- Efficient negotiation skills of the contract and settlements
- Communication: While dealing with clients, colleagues, or even the opposing parties, proper and lucid communication is a must
- Problem-solving: There are always complex legal issues at hand while representing real estate cases.
- Analytical thinking: A lawyer should be able to analyze all the contracts, laws, and regulations to give appropriate advice.
