On May 17th, 2025, our team conducted a charity outreach focused on supporting young learners by donating essential learning materials. We visited a local community in need and distributed school supplies including text books, notebooks, pens, pencils, and other educational tools to help children stay motivated and prepared in their studies.

This initiative was driven by our belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and thrive, regardless of their background. The joy and excitement on the children’s faces reminded us why we do what we do real impact goes beyond buildings and business.

On May 10th, 2025, Metaview proudly hosted Annual Real Estate Fair, a landmark event designed to bring together stakeholders from all corners of the property sector. Held at CUBE BUILDING MASAKI in Dar es Salaam, the fair created a vibrant space for exchanging insights and innovation.The event featured five in-depth discussion panels:

This year’s fair saw an enthusiastic turnout from investors, landowners, brokers, architects, urban planners, and government stakeholders, all committed to shaping the future of Tanzania’s real estate. “The Annual Fair is not just about property it’s about building a shared future,” said a Metaview spokesperson. “We’re proud to have created a platform where ideas, partnerships, and visions can flourish.”

Event Focus: Empowering Tanzanians Abroad to Invest at Home

Metaview was honored to take part in the official launch of the ABSA Diaspora Account (MZAWA ACCOUNT), a groundbreaking financial solution tailored for Tanzanians living abroad. The launch featured a vibrant panel discussion centered on various investment avenues available to the diaspora, with a strong emphasis on real estate development. Training Focus: Boosting Sales Performance

To elevate our sales game, the Metaview team also took part in a dynamic training designed to help us become pros in sales. This session equipped our staff with essential strategies and techniques aimed at taking our sales skills to the next level.

The training emphasized understanding client needs, building meaningful connections, overcoming objections, and closing deals with confidence and professionalism. With these new insights, our sales team is now better prepared to deliver exceptional service and drive results in a competitive market.

On March 29th and April 5th, our team participated in an intensive financial training session focused on the Tally Accounting Software System. The training provided a comprehensive overview of Tally’s general features and its practical applications in managing company finances.

Our staff gained hands-on knowledge on how to record company transactions through ledger accounts, accurately track receipts and payments, and generate critical financial reports such as the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, and Statement of Changes in Equity. This training has empowered our team to manage and understand financial data more efficiently, ensuring transparency and improved decision-making within the company.
